Who operates FastDCF

FastDCF is operated through fastdcf.org. In these Terms, "FastDCF," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the FastDCF service.

What FastDCF provides

FastDCF is a SaaS tool for public-company financial statement analytics. It generates standardized DCF-style model outputs for research and educational purposes.

FastDCF does not provide personalized investment advice, trading signals, brokerage services, portfolio management, trading execution, tax advice, or guaranteed investment outcomes.

2. Financial Disclaimer and Data Limitations

No investment advice

The information, calculations, estimates, fair value outputs, charts, rankings, and other materials provided by FastDCF are for informational, analytical, and educational purposes only.

FastDCF does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, short, or otherwise trade any security. Outputs from FastDCF must not be interpreted as stock recommendations, trading signals, portfolio advice, or guarantees of future performance.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Data accuracy limitation

FastDCF uses publicly available financial data, including company filings and market-related data sources. We do not guarantee that any data, calculation, estimate, model output, or displayed result is complete, accurate, current, or free from error.

DCF-style models depend on assumptions, estimates, historical data, and methodology choices. Different assumptions can lead to materially different results. Past performance, historical financial data, or model-generated fair value estimates do not guarantee future results.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Accounts

Subscription and billing

FastDCF offers free and paid access levels. For the current plan differences, see the pricing page.

Payments, billing, taxes, invoices, subscription management, cancellations, and refunds may be processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, billing interval, and payment terms shown at checkout.

Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the available customer portal or payment-provider flow.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable after access to the service has been provided. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us through the contact page or at [email protected].

Account rules

You may need to create an account to use FastDCF. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Service Rules, Ownership, and Risk Allocation

Acceptable use

You agree not to use FastDCF for unlawful purposes; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or compromise the service; resell, sublicense, copy, or redistribute FastDCF outputs as a competing service without permission; use automated access, bots, or bulk extraction unless explicitly permitted; or misrepresent FastDCF outputs as guaranteed investment results or official financial advice.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Availability / no guarantee

We aim to keep FastDCF available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, or data-provider problems.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Intellectual property

FastDCF, including its software, design, models, methodology, branding, text, and generated interfaces, is owned by the service operator or its licensors.

You may use FastDCF outputs for your own internal research and analysis. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or build a competing product based on FastDCF without written permission.

Third-party services

FastDCF may rely on third-party services for payments, authentication, hosting, analytics, market data, company filings, or infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party interruptions, errors, or policy changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastDCF and its operators are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.

You use FastDCF at your own risk.
